No matter what’s going on in the world, no client wants to feel like they’re being “sold”. Particularly in the luxury space, the consumer wants to feel like you’re the solution to their problems, so make sure you’re doing more than feeding them information. - Why you need to have your referral/mastermind “dirty dozen”:
Having 12 people you regularly consult with who work around your business, not in it, is the key to getting your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the market. Look out for lawyers, accountants, loan officers, and anyone else who may have important information about your area and reach out to them at least once every 4 weeks. - How having your feelers out there impacts your relationships with clients:
Aside from the obvious ability to provide better service, knowing what’s going on in your market will help you build confidence. This comes across to clients when you meet with them and it will set you up for more success.
