While there are plenty of things you can do to make sellers feel more comfortable with listing now, it really depends on how motivated they are and how they feel about this particular fact: If they don’t put their home on the market now, there’s a 0% chance it’ll sell; if they do list their home, they have a 50% chance of selling.
